One of the most important parts of Ripon’s educational philosophy is not only building your academic background by getting a degree, but getting practical experience through jobs and internships and mentoring from faculty and alumni. Over our fall break students from Ripon’s campus will be visiting Washington D.C. as part of our Career Discovery tour. This trip allows students to meet with alumni who have been successful after graduation to talk with them about how they got where they are today. It’s also an opportunity to see what jobs are available to them outside in the “real world.”
